This website is operated by Heavy, But Precious™ LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Alabama (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products
We sell apparel and accessories carrying original designs.
Please note: design placement, print size, and fabric color may vary slightly from the images shown. Screens differ, and each garment is finished individually. Small variations are normal and are not considered defects.
All shirts are unisex sizing. Please check the size guidance before ordering.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor the mistake. We’ll always contact you first.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if we can’t verify your payment, we suspect fraud, or we simply can’t fulfill it. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, slogans, logos, photographs, and text on this site are the property of Heavy, But Precious™ LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, copy, print, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt — not the right to use the artwork.
Heavy, But Precious™ and our design names are trademarks of Heavy, But Precious LLC.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the site’s operation, or scrape it for commercial purposes.
Scripture and content
Our designs reference scripture and themes of faith. Content is offered as encouragement. It is not religious, spiritual, medical, legal, or financial counsel, and shouldn’t be relied on as such.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, missed occasions, or similar — arising from your use of this site or our products.
Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Alabama.
