Returns
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage
- In its original condition with any tags still attached
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Email info@heavybutprecious.com with your order number and a short note about what’s wrong. Photographs help, especially for damaged or misprinted items.
We’ll reply with return instructions. Please don’t send anything back before contacting us — returns received without prior authorization may not be refundable.
Return shipping
- If we made a mistake — wrong item, wrong size sent, misprint, or damage in transit — we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.
- If you changed your mind — wrong size ordered, didn’t like the fit, no longer wanted it — you cover return shipping. The original $5.99 shipping charge is not refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How quickly it appears depends on your bank, not on us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a size is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. This gets your correct size moving immediately rather than waiting on the return to arrive first.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We’ll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund including shipping.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the package, check with your household and neighbors, then contact us. We’ll help you open a claim with USPS.
We can’t refund orders marked delivered to a correct address you supplied. If you gave us an incorrect address, we’ll do what we can, but we can’t guarantee recovery.
Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund in full. Once it’s shipped, treat it as a return.
